Privacy policy
Space5 (space5.app) is a private virtual workspace operated by fiveinnolabs. This page describes what the app stores and why. Last updated 18 July 2026.
What we collect
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile subject identifier, used only to check membership and label your avatar. While you are in the studio we process your avatar position, chat messages, and, if you enable them, microphone, camera, and screen-share streams, to run the shared space. Media streams are relayed in real time and are not stored, except during an explicitly indicated recording (the red REC chip), when audio of a lecture session is stored so members can replay it.
Where it lives
Session and membership records and lecture recordings are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (Workers, Durable Objects, R2). We do not sell or share your data with third parties. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
Your choices
Mic, camera, and screen sharing are off by default and always under your control. To have your membership record or any recording removed, email victor@fiveinnolabs.com and it will be deleted.
